In support of Jenny McCarthy, New Kids On The Block joined Donnie Wahlberg to support the 2nd annual Generation Rescue event which spreads awareness for autism and also contributes to funding for autism treatments for at-risk and low-income families. Other musical acts that showed up to support were The Chicago Children’s Choir, Ashley Rodriguez, performing “True Colors” and Boys II Men’s , Wanya Morris and Shawn Stockman and Naughty by Nature. $759,000 in funds were raised. In a speech given by the beautiful Jenny McCarthy she stated:

“This evening is very special to me, not only does it help Generation Rescue provide low-income families with access to essential treatment, but it also gives Donnie and I a chance to connect with friends and fans in a special way. There’s no greater unity than spreading love for a good cause.”

Jenny McCarthy’s son Evan, was diagnosed with Autism in 2005. She currently serves as the board president for Generation Rescue and also wrote a book titled “Louder Than Words”. Mrs. McCarthy has a miraculous story which provides real hope for families dealing autism. After researching and educating herself and implementing changes in her home, lifestyle, health and diet, Jenny’s son Evan was UNDIAGNOSED with Autism just after one year of implementing changes! 1 in 91 children are diagnosed with Autism. Support this great cause and mission Jenny McCarthy and her husband are on, as they continue to be a major advocate for autism awareness through Generation Rescue.
